Trade the tanker Wise Honest back to North Korea in exchange for the U. S. S. Pueblo

We The People ask that the coal tanker, the Wise Honest, be traded for the U. S. S. Pueblo. This ship was illegally captured by Democratic People's Republic Of Korea (North Korea) in international waters.
The ship was captured on January 23, 1968 and its crew, held captive for 11 months, were tortured and forced to sign false confessions of spying. It was in international waters so the North Korean seizure was fully illegal under International Law. The ship, still in Navy Commission, is U. S. Property and deserves to be returned now. This is the perfect opportunity to do that and resolve a matter that has pained America for decades.
Many Americans, especially the former crew have wanted the ship returned to America ever since. According to former U. S. South Korean Ambassador Donald Gregg, there are indications North Korea would be willing to return the Pueblo to America if a prominent U. S. Government Official would meet with them for high-level talks.
The President Of The United States, Donald Trump, has already met directly with the North Korean Leader, Kim Jong-Un, multiple times granting that request. There have never been higher talks between the two nations with thee highest leaders from both nations meeting directly face-to-face.
North Korean has returned three Americans held as political prisoners for years; it should the U. S. S. Pueblo too. The DPRK will get what it wants with their ship returned and having met with the highest U. S. Official and America will get what it wants with its ship returned and closure to a matter that has plagued it for over half a century.
North Korean says the American Seizure of the Wise Honest for illegal but their seizure of the U. S. S. Pueblo was illegal as it was in international waters at the time. It is the perfect time to use this opportunity to resolve both instances for both nations.
