my brother has been granted temp. custody of her
My name is Isabel Jackson, my four yo daughter went to Jersey with my mother and brother just to visit back on Feb. 21 of this year. The agreement was for them to return her to me at the end of June, beginning of July however when the time came for her to be returned they began making excuses on why they couldn't bring her back yet. I am in a different state and do not have the funds to go get her so without me being notified of a court proceeding regarding my daughter the judge granted my brother temporary custody of her. The worker here in Buffalo NY is in on it for she failed to make me aware that she could take me to go get her. I was made aware of every thing by the DYFS worker from NJ when I called to find out what was going on because I didn't know anything but by then my brother had been granted temp. custody already. By NJ's law a parent is usually given an oral notice toapear in court which I NEVER received. I need my baby home. My three sons and I are heartbroken. Ever since I heard of all this I've been having seizures because of the stress. Something has to be done about the corrupted CPS system everywhere... please help me. I have courton October 25th and don't know what else to do. Please sign this petition for my daughter to be returned to me, I do not have the funds to make it to Jersey for court proceedings to try and get her back. My brother basically kidnapped her by lying on his intentions and keeping her for more time than agreed upon.
