Resurrection of conjugal visits for inmates in level two CDCR prisons
I believe conjugal visits should be returned to the prisoners on good behavior in the state of California CDCR CSATF Level two yards. My husband is a level two prisoner, who has dropped down from a level four maximum security yard. I believe that conjugal visits should be given back to the wives of the prisoners who have demonstrated the ability to rehabilitate and have also demonstrated ability to go above and beyond while incarcerated. Inmates who have completed rehabilitative and correctional programs who are attending classes and getting college degrees while at that particular facility, like other CDCR prisons. The general basis for permitting family visits in modern times is to preserve family bonds and increase the chances of success for a prisoner's eventual return to life after release from prison. They also provide an incentive to inmates to comply with the various day-to-day rules and regulations of the prison. My plea is specifically for those same prisoners who have dropped to level two yards from higher security level yards at a CDCR prison due to good behavior. Please support my decision which will also result in a significantly high amount of revenue profits to increase, using the same money spent by inmate families at these family visits. Conjugal visit revenue will also comeback into our CDCR's prison facilities system giving back to both sides in the process.
