Restoration of article lll courts
Constitution only sanction Supreme Court and article 3courts only. all the lower courts state ,district, criminal and civil ,probate courts as well as all the judges are infringing on the rights of the people with cruel and unusual punishment without the due process of law. human trafficking deny National there treaty rights; setting unsessive bonds for low income people invading the privacy of the people with by placing GPS monitors devices system on first offenders denying the due process of law under threat and the res.t forcing the people into contracts identifying the national under Black Codes this is conspiring to genocide a nation people all by way of color of law and color of authority under statues and codes and Ordnance and fraudulent contracts under threat and the rest the people are forced into Commerce with fraudulent contract without their consent . The courts I ran under maritime Military Tribunal venue and the lawyers and judges are working secretly and contracts with the people and not providing the people full disclosure. But instead forcing them into contract under threat the duress and coercion . Under the 14th Amendment clause declaring the living people lost and dead at sea. the state jails and their courts are inhumane. Covering up not reporting injuries and death of house inmates death due to beating and medical neglect by Sheriff and others. the jails are not fit for man and women..animal at Humane Society shelter animals in way much better condition and women's are sheltered in the jails that they should not have been in in the first place judges are not operating underway oak of office delegated by Congress.
