Responsible Citizenship
Children are born into the the national citizenship of the Mother and/or Father
In an order to control immigration and stop the gross abuse of our nationalization process, children born to parents that are not citizens of the USA even though born in the USA will remain citizens/nationals of the country of the birth parents. They will not be granted citizenship at birth.
