Require vehicles to have \'hands-free\' way to display credentials

This will provide a safe way for both the citizen and law enforcer to prove and exchange the necessary information while avoiding a potentially threatening position when reaching for your information that can be misinterpreted as reaching for a weapo

I seem to notice a theme with a lot of shootings from the police. There is a very big issue with the fact that reaching for our information and reaching for a potential threat is nearly indistinguishable.

For the safety of the citizen and the law enforcer. I think with this one simple change, a lot of lives could be saved.

A simple display compartment on your dash that only is revealed when you put your emergency button on. That way, as soon as you are pulled over you put on your E lights and the compartment will reveal itself showcasing your information.

A 'display card' could be printed either by your insurance company or in conjunction with the DMV after you establish your registration on the vehicle.

It could contain an official copy of your license, insurance and registration all verified via DMV.

This would completely take away the threat of having to reach into your pocket, glove compartment, inner shirt or anything else that could very easily be a threat to yourself or the officer.
