Require Proof of Natural Born Citizenship (President) & Proof of Citizenship (Congress)
Requiring Proof of Citizenship will protect the Constitution & Americans.
As you are well aware, Congress is required to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States.
This includes: Article 1, Section, 2, Clause 3 (Representatives Must be US Citizens ) ; Article 1, Section 3, Clause 3 ( Senators Must be US Citizens ) ;
and Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 ( President Must be Natural Born Citizen ). *
Therefore, We demand that all candidates for the US presidency prove their ?natural born? citizenship, BEFORE they are placed on any ballot. This would require proof of 1) a Birth Certificate within the 50 United States AND 2) that BOTH parents be named as ?citizens? on such Birth Certificate because the parents MUST be citizens at the time of birth, not afterwards or otherwise.
We also demand that any candidates for the Senate or the House of Representatives prove their US citizenship.
In addition to requiring proof of natural born citizenship for President or citizenship for Congress, all such candidates MUST pass E-Verify and a high security background check, before being placed on any ballot.
If in the event it is found out later that one does not meet the requirements and supplied any type of fraudulent documentation, that person and/or their accomplices shall be imprisoned for life. This shall also be retroactive.
