REPEAL the UNLAWFUL CDC 'Guideline[s] for Prescribing Opioids for Chronic Pain'
CHRONIC, intractable PAIN is NOTHING to be IGNORED; costing the USAmerican Taxpayers over 1.3 TRILLION dollars annually.
33% of the USpopulation suffers from some form of CHRONIC PAIN, or 1:3 USAmericans; that represents over 116,000,000 USAmerican constituents.
WEthePEOPLE appointed the FDA to stand as the exclusive STEWARDS over the Rx Health of all USAmericans.
The FDA perpetrated a GREVIOUS breach of their Administrative Duty when they abdicated this responsibility by allowing the UNLAWFUL publication of the CDC 'Guideline[s] for Prescribing Opioids for Chronic Pain.'
In transgressing the legitimate frontier of the FDA's public mandate, the CDC usurped the authority endowed to the FDA for the regulation of Rx drug formularies.
Even more egregious than the fact that the CDC acted in a NEFARIOUS manner, the production of these 'Expert-based' 'Guidelines' was devoid of EVIDENTIARY underpinnings, elaborated by special-interest PROFITEERS, behind the closed doors of secrecy.
The FDA abrogated its Fiduciary Duty to WEthePEOPLE by allowing the CDC 'Guidelines' to be PROPagandized onto the USAmerican healthcare landscape by Addiction-business PROFITEERING interests.
MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of USAmericans now find themselves ABANDONED by their Practitioners and forced into an abrupt cessation of FDA-approved Rx Medications due to the unscrupulous coercion of healthcare Practitioners to terminate Opioid prescribing practices.
Yet, these USAmerican citizens who are Chronic Disease Patients rely upon Rx Opioids to secure some semblance of a functional life and remain productive, tax-paying citizens.
