Repeal Executive Order Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets
We the People are calling for the recission or immediate repeal of the Executive Order Signed By President Biden titled Ensuring the Responsible Development of Digital Assets. This is yet another attempt to expand government control over Americans and force private banks to either compete with or seek favor with the Federal Reserve and that will fail in the cultivation of any new innovation or the economic opportunities private companies or enterprises can and would be able to offer.The Administration implies Citizens without bank accounts are causing more difficult problems and that is absurd . Most citizens in all income brackets do use banks. The idea that a simple digital account at the FED or a govt-controlled , distributed, decentralized , digital bank with an all-in-one public ledger can offer any more privacy than the Bank Secrecy Act rules that are already in place is utterly rediculous. Not only would this centralized digital banking put all of Americansā€™ financial information in one place, it would be leaving it more vulnerable to cyber attacks, and could also be used as unauthorized ways for the Government to surveille Americans in such a way that We the People, should never be forced to tolerate from the Government.
Making it a requirement that any American Citizen must open an account at the Federal Reserve just to gain access to a Central Bank Digital Currency would be supporting and enforcing a strict obedience to government authority, at the expense of our personal freedoms. This Executive Order will undoubtedly put the US Federal Reserve on a dangerous path comparing to China with it's digital Authoritarianism. Please! Protect our Personal Freedom's repeal, overturn, Rescind,or revoke the Executive Order for Ensuring the Development of Digital Assets.
