Remove Antonin Scalia from The Supreme Court
Justice Scalia is clearly not fit to decide what is right and what is wrong in the United States of America.
Antonin Scalia has stated that the use of torture may be called for under certain circumstances. This is cruel and unusual punishment. We would never stand for this horrific treatment of U.S. citizens being detained in a foreign country. How then can we justify our own use of torture? It is unacceptable for a Supreme Court Justice of the United States to blatantly disregard what The United States of America considers to be basic human rights as written out in the Geneva Convention. We, the undersigned, firmly request the immediate removal of Justice Scalia from the Supreme Court.
