Enforcing Article IV, Sec 3. US Constitution "The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to prejudice any claims of the United States, or of any particular state."
Since January 2013 this individual has mismanaged federal funds; implemented discriminatory laws and regulations affecting 3.5+ million US citizens; lied to Congress; committed fraud and flagrant corruption; and the list goes on...
It is time for Congressional action, do not wait one more year until his term ends, that would be catastrophic and will creat the greatest humanitarian crisis the US has ever seen in the Puerto Rico territory.
