Remove absolute immunity for Judges and Prosecutors / Request for Congressional Hearings
I, the undersigned, am writing to you today as a member and or supporter of the Family Court Anti-Corruption Coalition. We are an international Whistleblower/Volunteer Advocacy Organization whose purpose is to ensure that the courts are acting in the interests of the public they serve. We are focused on exposing court corruption and demanding accountability and justice in the context of Family Court; CPS, Juvenile Court and Guardianship/Probate fraud inclusive.
Children, persons with disabilities and victims of crime are the least able to advocate for themselves, therefore we aim to hold to the highest standard those who are charged with protecting them. As such, this Coalition holds a vested interest in court corruption in your jurisdiction. We are calling for the removal of absolute immunity for Judges and Prosecutors and their protection rackets, better known as our state judge and attorney disciplinary commissions.
Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely. There is currently no effective legal remedy for victims of public corruption and deprivation of rights under color of law. The FBI, DA, DOJ only take cases of personal, political or national interest. This allows individual judges and DA's to deprive people of their federally protected rights, and violate their oaths of office with impunity.
Nowhere is this more apparent than in Family Court, where human beings are literally being kidnapped, trafficked and robbed from the moment they are born until long after they die.
Family Court masquerades as a fair dispute resolution process, when in fact it has become a RICO Cartel, no different than a mafia organization.
Child Protective Services literally steals children from fit, loving and available families for federal funding. Children are 6 times more likely to die in foster care than anywhere else.
"Legal" Guardians are literally kidnapping our elders and adults with disabilities and locking them away in institutions where they are drugged and abused, for federal funding and to steal all their assets.
Disabled veterans are targeted, terrorized, their children kidnapped, parental rights violated by courts and social service agencies that violate the Americans with Disabilities Act and the US Constitution. Veterans in this country are treated with unfathomable disrespect and cruelty.
There are a couple simple ways this horrendous tax funded abuse of the American people can come to a screeching halt: 1. Eliminate absolute immunity for judges and prosecutors. 2. Live-stream audio and video and video archives free to the public, for every single courtroom. There are many more very simple solutions to these complex problems. For the most part, the solutions are to simply remove the government funded abuses that cause the majority of problems.
Our coalition is requesting legislative hearings on this issue of absolute immunity which we believe is the root of all evil.
