Reining in Congress
Create term limits for all congressional members. For example, no more than 12 years in office for senators and 6 or 8 years maximum for representatives. Create laws that will charge members of Congress with treason if they use their offices for personal gain...spell out the various ways this is defined such as to include employment with somebody or entity after serving in office and helping said person/entity towards monetary/physical gains through the auspice of their office. In addition to sending lucrative contracts/deals/work to friends/family.
