Reform The whole Child Protection services
They are destoying American families for government money
This petition is to ask for child protection services in the whole United States of America be reform from top to bottom. Make it law CPS workers are held accountable for slander, falsefing documents, tampering with evidence, make them have hard core evidence against parents or caregiver before they can removing the child(ren) from their loving care givers. Make it law that all CPS workers, the doctors, therapists, all child lawyers, given by state to represent our children and foster parents must wear tamper-proof video and audio recording devices at all times that would be available to the public at all times. More strict guildlines for any and every one who wants be be a foster parent. A make the foster parent have a lot more training than the now 45 days it takes to care for the children that has been taken into state care. 24/7 tamper-proof video and audio in foster home that is available for the parents, parents lawyers, police departments and such. Make it law that all foster parents must summit a hair drug test once a month randomly thru outside site such as trucking companies make drivers do. also require a lot of evidence and hard core proof that neither parents, or any other family member is unsafe placement before terminating parental rights and placing child(ren) up for adoption. Make it law and require that all the extra amount of funds received by cps from adopting child out when it is the only option left goes into an bank account for child, and no one else.
Child protection services use millions if not billions our tax payer funds to violate American families constutitional amendments on a daily basic. I read an article awhile back about how our tax dollars were being used, it stated close to $76.5 billion dollars that year was for government aid programs thru CPS. And if the 90% of children that cps keep in the system falsely wasn't there we would only have to pay maybe $9 billion. Child Protection Services violate our fourth and fourteenth amendment, and if you speak to any parent or child that that CPS has taken their child for some false reason,and refuse to give their child back to the good loving parents, violate our eightth amendment. the kind of punishable, we American parents must go thru because of the corruption of cps is far worst for us than being held at a prison camp with no end in sight. Child protection services only work with certain judges, lawyers, doctors, therapists, all that gets a part of our federal tax dollars, so they can keep the cycle going! The CPS takes our children 90% of time of false allegations, or something as stupid as one dirty dish in sink, or kids got into a fight and one push the other down with no injuries, or even babysitter or someone other than parents did something to kids unknowingly to parents. One lady in one of my support groups got her infant taken because a toddler where she worked tripped and knocked over the swing her infant was is, and sadly CPS won't give her
