DCPP REFORM
We are most respectfully urging you to investigate and revamp this organization. They are ruining lives, they are kidnapping our children, falsifying documents regularly, and most importantly; scarring children, parents and families beyond the possibility of any healing process.
The workers are undertrained, unsteady, unpredictable, inconsistent, unknowledgable in regards to their mission statement and/or simply overworked, overwhelmed and are “burning out” due to enormous caseloads. This only further aggravates the existing problems, and lead to erroneous, life-altering consequences and decisions. Most, if not all of our families in New Jersey find that when attempting to clarify or reverse decisions regarding their children’s fate; it often becomes personal as well as a costly battle to fight, let alone win.
DCPP has already been sued in 2000, by the Children's Rights Initiative, for falsifying information, reporting meeting with foster children that were eating out of trash cans and locked away in homes found to be substandard, and downright torturous.
There are so very many good, decent, hard-working families that are becoming involved with the organization, that believe in our civil, legal and ethical rights, morals and values. Once involved, DCPP cab determine your fate and if you do not choose to comply or cooperate in a manner in which they find acceptable, to this governmental power, ( with no respect or integrity for their position of power); chances of remaining intact with your family minimize tremendously. Please help us. There is good reason for children to be safe at all times, and the responsibility of that burden should lie in the hands of a child’s natural or biological parent. Parents should be given the right to the same legal system and codes which deems them “innocent until proven guilty”. That is simply not happening. Assumptions, lies and the concealment of high staked information is being tampered with and manipulated. There must be reform.
It’s gone on far too long.
