ReBottle the Bottles by 2040
Good day US Citizens and Government Officials,
The year is 2021, we put a machine on Mars. Surely, we can take care of earth first.
1. Most new water and soda bottles are made with virgin plastic and end up leaching out in trash heaps or the oceans.
Problem: these bottles break down into tiny plastic molecules causing even more mayhem in our waters and land.
NOTE: Remember, inland people need to care too.
WHY? Those trashed plastic bottles are leaching into your underground water sources. Humans cannot live without clean water.
2. 70-90% of recycled plastics we all work to put in proper bins, carry to outside bins, rinse, and sorting ...goes to waste.

SEARCH ON China is now buying much less of our Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic PCR-Plastic
3. It is a fair plan to ask bottle producing companies to capture, and include more PCR in their bottle production process
REASONABLE GOALS:
G1. By 2023: All new manufactured plastic bottles must include at least 20% PCR Plastics
G2. By 2026: All new manufactured plastic bottles must include at least 30%
PCR Plastics
G3. By 2040: All new manufactured plastic bottles will include at least 40% PCR-plastic
This will make a massive difference in our cleaning up polluted waterways, leaching landfills, and our quality of life.
