Raise the Military Enlistment Age to 21
If a person's brain is not developed enough to make the decision to have a beer after dinner, then that same person is incapable of deciding whether or not to risk their life for our country.
Although many would argue the benefits of joining the military between 17-21 out-way the risks, without a developed pre-frontal cortex it is impossible to sort through impulse to make this big of a decision.
