RACIAL TARGETING
I am reaching out to ask Congress to acknowledge that I am a breathing human being. It appears that there is a complete contrary theme to me being born that is imposed on me from a County, State and Federal regard. Please allow me to acknowledge my existence and reveal the torture I have endured before they kill me. It looks like it was wrong for me to be born and many people want to murder me and hide their actions. Its wrong for someone to be born and people constantly want them dead. It is very heavy and I know I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER LIKE THIS.
