Put a cap on child support!!
Child support should NOT be based off of anybody wages and should have a set rate for everybody!!
Child support should not be based on a person's income, it should be caped for all cases due to every child has same needs as the next, without putting a cap on Child support it can put a person back financially. For example, if I choose to accept a better paying job that looks out for my family for our future, it should not be okay for the opposing party to come after me for more child support solely because I make better money, it defeats the purpose of accepting the job for my future. Each child has equal needs in order to be raised, food, clothing, schooling, medical, therefore support should not be according to how much a person's income is but should be caped at a set rate per child!! Per example, cap child support at $300 per child. If I put $300 in each month and the other party puts $300 each month that's $600 each month per child which goes for medical, food, clothing etc!! If the custodial parent can't afford to raise a child off $300 per month then they should not have full custody of the child or children!!
