Puerto Rico's Child Support Non-fair Laws

I believe by now you know how unfair the child support laws are in the common wealth (territory) of Puerto Rico. The law forces the non-custodian parent to support the child for up to 26 years old if the child is in school. The non-custodian parent don't have no say even though the child is not doing so good in school. The custodian parent use this law to use the money, not necessary for the child, but for them self. No state in the union have this type of laws due to the fact that the state understand that as an adult you have to work and pay for you own school with your own resources and the resources that the government and private institution offer.

I will like for congress to review and change the Puerto Rico's child support laws in a way to make more sense and also to protect the non-custodian parents by paying money to grown adults who can take care of them self and custodian parents who are taking advantage of this law to have free money.
