PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE FOR 9/11 RESPONDERS BY CONTINUING TO FUND THE ZADROGA BILL

Congress voted to stop funding the Zadroga Act which funds medical care for the FIRST RESPONDER heroes of 9/11 - make them fund it - the first responders deserve medical care!

Congress voted to stop funding the Zadroga Bill which provides funding for medical care for the first responders of 9/11. My father was one of the FDNY survivors of 9/11 who lives with constant medical ailments. There are 9/11 survivors impacted by the Zadroga Bill in ALL 50 STATES. By halting the funding of the Zadroga bill the 70,000 first responders who are living with medical conditions will be unable to afford medications and procedures and will be forced to suffer a poor quality of life. They put their life on the line to help save others, the least our Government can do is provide them with the medical care they deserve for their heroic actions. I implore you to consider the people you are hurting with this selfish vote and find other areas to cut expenses. I will not capitulate on this cause and will continue to fight until you make the right decision, the decision the people who you represent want you to make!
