Protection and Justice for those who cannot afford an attorney and one has not being afford to them in a child custody/adoption case in Family court proceedings
This is a very complexed case regarding a maternal grandmother rights to custody/adoption interest in comparison to anyones else when the maternal grandmother have a bond with grandchildren and have been a supporting and positive influence in the children life since birth. The problems is that child protective service say that they do not know how to read law and social services representative are not attorney and nor am I. This has been acknowledge by Albany Administration Judges but nothing done to protect rights and provide justices in these position. This petition can be tag under several issues such as family and children, crime/law enforcement and education etc. . . .
