Stop Child Protection Services (CPS) From Intentionally Obstructing Justice
Many CPS workers are falsifying records to make it appear that they are thoroughly investigating allegations, in contradiction of discovery that proves otherwise. We are seeking to have these workers held criminally liable for their actions. We believe that criminal liability will deter CPS staff from falsifying documents and from obstructing justice in efforts to reduce their case work load.
I encourage families that have had their civil rights violated through family court proceedings, and false statements of a CPS investigator, was a contributing factor to support this cause. I also encourage everyone who care about the safety of all children to support this cause.
