Protect Same-Sex Marriage-Make Obergefell v. Hodges a Federal Law
Due to the uncertainty of our times; it is time to act. No longer can citizens rely on the Supreme Court to ensure equality for all citizens, Congress needs to codify Obergefell v. Hodges. The SCOTUS has proved itself to not be acting in the best interest of the nation and its citizens.
