Protect children from alcoholic, abusive deadbeat dads
I'm creating this petition to protect children being forced into visitation of alcoholic, abusive deadbeat fathers. I left my ex husband with two children, 6 and 5 weeks old, after he had a drug overdose and was drunk, passed out, everyday. He was awarded strict visitation that was stopped by me when he was drunk right before his visitation time. I'm back in court, pleading for sole custody. Since he last saw his child he's been charged with 2 more additional dui's, on top of the prior three he has. His lawyer defends him stating he should have unsupervised visitation. My case is on hold as my ex's lawyer needs more time to get infotmation that hr should have received months ago. This is a social and community out cry against deadbeat parents with substance abuse patterns. Please, sign my petition to help me keep my daughter safe! Thank you!
