Protect the parents right to protect their children
The term personal belongings; in reference to any individual item or items that belong to you, and what could possibly be more personal than a child. Physically created from you, by you, they essentially are part of you, but yet within five minutes a child is able to be taken by law enforcement before getting court approval by entering your home without you knowing while you sleep based on speculation. All it takes to remove a child from their family is one person's unproven alligation with no clarification whether the alleged information is true and accurate. In criminal cases in order to protect ones right and their belongings by law a court orderd search warrant must be obtained to gain access to any personal property such as a toothbrush, your home, and even your DNA other wise it becomes illegal and becomes admissible. When the laws have stipulations in place protecting an individuals rights to that of witch they own making it harder for law enforcement to obtain a persons dirty laundry versus the removal of a child just doesn't seem right. A child is price of you , something created from you, by you, their essentially part of you. I would think that a parents and child rights deserve some reinforced protectection with stronger restrictions on removal.
