Protect the legal definition of sex as biological sex, not gender identity
Sex is an important determinant for human health and public safety. Because of this, it is imperative to public health that, where sex matters, people indicate their medically relevant, biological sex, which cannot be “switched” from male to female or female to male through any declaration of identity or through the use of hormones or surgical interventions.
The trans movement has claimed (and had advocates testify in court) that biological sex is not real and that sex (what kind of sex, I don't know, since there is no meaning of the word besides biological sex) is determined by gender identity. They are trying to effectively legalize sex discrimination, and are using liberal support to censor women who try to talk about their healthcare needs and issues. Women will die over this. Women have already been removed from homeless shelters for expressing discomfort about sharing a space with an adult male human (transwoman). We must protect the legal definition of sex. Lives hang in the balance.
