Protect American Democracy and Americans Constitutional Rights.
We The American People sign this petition requesting our government to start an investigation on the following topics:
1. Nanci Pelosi, Adam Schiff, etc. abusing their powers by conducting closed-door "impeachment" inquiry without any representation from Republican Party or President Donald J. Trump. By doing so they violating President Trump's constitutional rights and basic human rights making a precedent in our country that can bring countless violations of rights of American citizens by government officials. We can not allow this precedent to occur. So it should be investigated by proper authorities and perpetrators should be punished by law.
What is conducting right now Adam Schiff by direct order from Nancy Pelosi is called Malicious prosecution. Also, above-mentioned people violating President Trump constitutional rights given him by Sixth Amendment: The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you. This precedent should be stopped before it is too late.
2. All US Government branches should condemn and investigate any discriminations or hate crimes committed against President Trump supporters: people get bitten, harassed or insulted based on their political orientation nor beliefs. We can not allow this kind of hate crimes happened in our soil that millions of US citizens will be scared to openly support their political candidate and camping for him that they will be harassed not only by regular people but also by organizations and mainstream media. This is a direct violation of our American citizen's constitutional rights: The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws which respect an establishment of religion, prohibit the free exercise of religion, or abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the right to peaceably assemble, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Also any discriminations against President Trump supporters it is a direct violation of voting and civil rights of American citizens who choose to vote for President Trump. These discriminatory actions should be condemned and investigated by proper authorities as a hate crime and perpetrators should be punished by law.
3. We Americans elect our government and we will keep the government accountable to us. Stop acting like children and making Washington, D.C. battleground of your ambitions. We elected our government to represent our interests, not your interests don't forget American government is Of The People By The People and For The People.
