Convicted Sex offenders are told that they're not allowed to have any contact with minor's under 18, it should include the offenders own children as well. The law state's that a convicted Sex offender has rights to have contact with their own children but no other children. This is a contradiction of the law. When the law states children under 18, this should mean all children; even if their own children were not considered direct victims. We need to protect ALL children. I implore congress to pass a law that we can protect all children from Sex Offenders, whether they're family or not. The courts are forcing mothers to share custody with their child's convicted Sex offender fathers. Our courts are giving Sex Offenders the right to victimize again.
