PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS TO VOTE

RECONCILE the National Voters Registration Act of 1993 to include PROOF of Citizenship Requirements to register to vote.

Currently there are no PROOF of Citizenship requirements to registered to Vote under THE NATIONAL VOTERS REGISTERING ACT OF 1993 and no mechanisms in place to actually prevent a non-citizen from voting. The threat of PERJURY is no real deterrent to prevent non-citizens from voting since States aren't looking for the non-citizen voter in the first place.

Congress should RECONCILE the National Voters Registration Act of 1993 to include PROOF of Citizenship Requirements to register to vote. Before someone is added to the Voter Database one must provide a copy of their U.S. Birth Certificate when submitting the National Voters Registration Form either by Mail, in Person, or On line.

That's why I created a petition to The United States House of Representatives and The United States Senate.
