PROHIBIT ANY LAWS MANDATING THE FORCE AND REQUIREMENT OF VACCINATIONS OF ANY KIND.
Forced vaccinations are a direct assault on the liberty of the citizens of this country.
Forced Vaccinations are a direct assault on the liberty of the citizens of this country and a violation of free will and free choice. No human being should be FORCED to be vaccinated against their will and/or personal/religious beliefs. It is also a violation of an individuals constitutional rights because forced vaccinations would not only violate the First Amendment of the Constitution; freedom of religion but the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. It would also violate the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution by depriving people of liberty without due process of law. This includes forcing children to be vaccinated to attend public schools, activities, and daycare centers. This also includes adults working in the public or private sector.
The proponents of forced vaccinations cite ?for the good of society? but medical ethics are clear: No one should be forced to undergo a medical treatment without informed consent and without their agreement to the treatment. Vaccinations ARE a Medical Treatment WITH risks including DEATH. It is totally contrary to all ethics in medicine to mandate those risks to others.
If you think the government has the right to forcibly vaccinate people ? for the good of society? what is to prevent them from forcibly sterilizing people, or forcibly euthanizing people, or forcibly implanting a tracking device ?for the good of society? You make think those examples to be extreme but the principle is the same. You are allowing government to have ultimate authority over your body.
