mandatory minimums are outragous congress has a proposed bill that could help reunite familys
Please pass the bill introduced on october 1 2015, The sentencing reduction and Corrections Act. Mandatory minimums are extremely long and harsh for most crimes. Families are torn apart and prisoners loose all hope with such ling sentences, please pass this law and help reduce the mandatory sentences. Recidivism is so strongly talked about among the BOP systym ,however many inmates gave nothing to go home to after such long unnecessary sentences,family is a big part of recidivism. Please pass this proposed bill through the house and senate. Lets make prison reform an action not jjust talk.
