The recent news that the State Department has asked that new referrals to the DRC be stopped is unacceptable to me. We are the United States. We are arguably the most powerful country in the world. We have leverage and pull in any area we choose. And yet, these babies are still there, and their parents are still here. I am beyond frustrated, I am ANGRY.
