Please help my children

Here is a very very brief summary of a very complex situation. The most important part is that my children will remove my home my rights were terminated and they are in a home that is dirty and crying to come back home still. They terminated my rights remove them from a relative without any explanation and will not let any other family members see speak to or have custody of the girls for reasons unknown. I have other minor children that are not allowed to see these children. I have a adult daughter who has been asking for a visit and she's promised this but keeps getting a runaround on why she keeps getting put off on this and it has been found five months these little girls have not had any explanation on what's going on to them or been able to see or speak to your family. Foster homes are for children who don't have any families that they can go to. Not only did I complete my drug and rehab program successfully and did everything else that DHS asked me to do my rights were terminated due to me being a procrastinator and not punctual! Those are the reasons I was given I have plenty of family who are trying and reaching out to the worker to get the girls home to us and she just says she personally does not feel they should go home the family would like to adopt and that is what she feels is best! My 4-year-old is going to have to go to therapy?! And she feels this is the best place for her?? I would like to also submit the picture of what she looks like at the foster home season versus what she look like when she was at home 30 sad little girl there's no reason for this when she could be home where she needs to be and wants to be! So can anyone please explain to me how these little girls are safer and happier and healthier than at home with their family who they're crying for and wanting to go back to. If these children were hurt abused or an unsafe home they wouldn't want to go back there my daughter's hair is matted to her head she's wearing mismatched dirty clothes winter coat in 80° weather.
