PLEASE Grant EAD to deserving I-140 approved candidates waiting for more than a year
Stop abuse of employers on H1B`s holding I140 approved caandidates
It takes intensive experience and STEM degree to get the labour approval done
and then USCIS thoroughly checks employer histroy , abilitiy to pay for approving I140`s
so inspite of all this thorough check on candidate and gets his I140 approved
why cant he qualifiy for a smoother portability between employers
its such a shame in country like USA where innovative minds , creativity prevails has this thing called backlogs exist in legal department
I plead to USCIS to grant EAD`s to all deserving candidates to make it fair for the I140 approved candidates who are waiting for more than a year to get what they deserve an EAD
