PLEASE Grant EAD to all I-140 approved petitioners ASAP
Employers currently abuse employees who are waiting in line for years with approved I-140
We should give EAD to all approved I-140 holders as they have spent their efforts and time in US. Whats the purpose that millions of people are misusing family based petitions and calling their relatives who rather goes dependent on system then adding value to american society.
Employers currently abuse employees who are waiting in line for years with approved I-140. The are denied salary hikes, promotions and these employees and their families live every day in constant FEAR of losing their employment and starting their I-140 process all over again. This is modern day Slavery and should be stopped. Why can't these I-140 holders have EAD coz they are adding value to american system. Both individual and government will benefit with this
If they are not capable of hiring good people.... it's not our problem if some employers cannot use their brains.
