Pinal County DCS has torn families apart even
Pinal County DCS has torn my family apart. I am a mother of 6 that are in foster care separated. My case has been open since August 2014 I have done everything that has been asked of me not only once but twice i have paid out of pocket for two different hair follicle drug test I have also been taking random drug test paying out of my own pocket every week for me and my boyfriend we both have completed services for our childern and I had a foster care review board hearing and the Department of Child Safety did not show up and didnt even give the board in any information on my case at all i also had court on Dec 15 2015 and my case worker and the AG showed up but they both said they have not recieved any documentation of any of my services i have done or even my drug test i get a visit with my childern 1 time a week for 2 hours supervised in the DCS office and i cant even have my childern for the holidays because the Department dont have any documentation showing what i have completed even though my attorney, my counselor, and myself have emailed it to them everytime i would get something completed the Department of get the verifcation of that the Department would also get my drug test results on a weekly basics and now my case cannot be moved forward until i provide those documents once again.... What I am trying to say is that DCS needs to be investagated on how they are handling thier cases the childerns well being needs to be put first and the childern do not need to feel like that are not loved or wanted by family. something needs to be done with the DCS in the state of Arizona the communication is very very awful and DCS is suppose to help reunite families not keep them separated siblings are suppose to be close and know eachother my 3 younger childern didnt even remember there older brothers names. My older son which is 11 didnt even think his younger brother which is 1 now is the same baby becasue they havent been able to see eachother since april when they were all separated SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE AND BE DONE ABOUT HOW AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO FAMILIES...
