support petition since their is a a lot of first time offender non violent in the federal prison .
that are older than 43 and never been incarcerated .
it is a great opportunity for the inmates but the best opportunity for the children in the usa been raised by only one parent.
also inmates with one time offenders and have completed half of the sentence , and never committed any crimes inside the prison and had shown perfect conduct .
