Since GOP made such a stupid agreement in minority districts in 82, you can fix by doing the right thing now & follow the Constitution to stop the fraud that went down. First of voter ID doesn't discriminate in minority districts. Many safe guard can be put in place to ensure that.. Provisional ballots can & would solve that, since results are not certified for days. In minority districts the time could be much longer to certify to make sure only US citizens vote.REPORT COMMENTS
