Petition for consideration
I am a father who loves and cares for his child, yet I am being alienated by force from seeing my daughter via refusal of visitation, not sending pictures when asked, filing false abuse claims with CPS services, and pfa charges where these things are not taking place. I am not the only one that is going through this same thing, my roomate , my fiance, and like 90% of my friends are being subject to not seeing they're children because the other parent uses the children to anger the other parent out of spite. I would like to request that a law be considered that if a parent is guilty on more then one account of alienating or using a child against the other parent for personal gain or happiness that they should be subject to losing primary physical custody of that child. Whether that mean the child goes to the alienated parent if able and legally allowed to or to a foster home if not possible To go to the other parent. It is not fair that a parent can continuously take another parent to court for contempt accountability and the court does not hold that parent responsible for violating a court order while the other parent relentlessly suffers. All parents should be able to see and have something to do with their children. Granted specific reasons like rape or murder are grounds to keep a child away from a parent but when a good parent hard working respectful and loving cares the world for their children has their child used as a pawn against the other parent and alienates the child from that parent is in no way justice and after relentlessly filing contempt and nothing being done on multiple accounts something's got to give.
