Peacefully Allow the Sovereign State of Louisiana to Withdraw from the United States and Start its Own Government

Do not Interfere with the People of Louisiana's right to Protect their Freedom and the Freedom of their Children by Seceding and Starting their Own Government

The People of Louisiana do not the support the fascist, socialist government in Washington, D.C. The government in Washington, D.C. has denied the people of Louisiana the right to the fruits of their natural resources and the right to make abortion illegal. The Government in Washington, D.C.has impeded Louisiana's efforts to recover from disasters such as Katrina and the oil spill. The Government in Washington, D.C. "has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies" in the form of Homeland Security, "has erected a multitude of new officers, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance" in the form of agents from the TSA, AFD, USDA, EPA, etc. and "has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power" in the form of undeclared wars,drone attacks, the Patriot Act and the NDAA. The Government in Washington, D. C.has broken its solemn vows before God to protect and defend the Constitution and has violated the Constitution, the law of the land, in almost every way imaginable.



The People Of Louisiana will not longer stand for this and only ask to be left alone to raise their families, purse happiness, worship and leave as they please and free from the restraints of a socialistic, fascist government.



We, the People of Louisiana and her supporters throughout America, reiterate what the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:



"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."



"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive."
