Paying child support for an non biological child
There are many non-biological parents who are paying child support for a child or children that are not theirs. This out dated law is allowing the REAL DEAD BEAT DAD's. to get away with not paying any support , while the non-biological father is penilaized by 1. Possible jail time for non payment, 2. Bad credit report, 3. Inability to obtain a passport to work over seas or visit family in another country, 4. unable to get the jobs that they are qualified for because, of the child support order, 5. inability to get a buisness license, or a recreation license of any kind and finally liens placed on my social security and/or taxes.This out dated law has allowed custodial parents to use the loop holes to defraud the child support sytem for their own gains, or being just plain vendictive. This law denies father of thier equal right for (DNA) testing to estsblish paternity, and prove that the child is not his.
