Public Defenders Attorneys Reform..Pay Private Attorneys the same money you pay public defenders and the defendants might have a fair chance.

To many people are in jail who were represented by Public defenders, I think it is unfair and a conflict of interest for defendants that can't afford an attorney to be represented by the same government that is prosecuting them. Cases by these public defenders are being traded one for another whether the defendants are guilty or not, I have seen it done first hand. Too many public defenders are using their clients as a stepping stone in their careers. Only about 20% of public defenders really work hard for their clients. This is one of the additional reasons why so many people are in jail, because they are being sold out for someone's career. The same money being paid to public defenders can and should made available to private attorney firms or private attorneys.
