Pass the EPC (Eunuch Protection Clause)
Since the AL legislature just passed (and the AL governor just signed) the most restrictive abortion bill in history which excludes exceptions for rape and incest, I think it’s only fair that we come together to ensure women are protected from rape and/or incest since the punishment for being a victim of rape is now much worse than the crime of rape.
As such, I am creating a petition that Congress pass (and the president signs) the EPC - Eunuch Protection Clause. This bill would guarantee that any man who commits rape and/or incest be immediately castrated.
Castration can be chemical or surgical, corresponding to the egregiousness of the act perpetrated. While this seems cruel, this affords the criminal offenders of such heinous acts a choice that their victims can never make.
Please join me in protecting women’s lives since the AL legislative body want to remove their rights and their choices.
