Outlaw and/or ban glitter
Glitter is annoying.
Have you ever been anywhere where there was glitter? It gets on you no matter what. You cannot stop the glitter from embedding into your soul and claiming the happiness you could have experienced in that day. Get rid of this hell spawn immediately.
