Outlaw all HOA’s in All States for Freedom

The HOA = “Home Owner Association” are unconstitutional and are a fundamental violation of our rights as a American Citizen. These Associations start off wrongfully empowered, almost without exception become corrupt. A neibor or group of neibor’s should not ever have the authority to impose rules and impose fines on to neibor - property owner.
