The CPA staff in Gold Beach Oregon has become so out of control they are making young mothers sign one child over to adoption by threatening to take another child if you don't. They are forcing other mothers to move out of their homes and to other towns away from their families by threatening to take their children if they don't. They told one new mother that if she put the babies fathers name on the birth certificate that they would take her B
