OPPOSITION TO \"BUY AMERICA ACT\" H.R. 2842
Help American Samoa by fighting to KEEP our canneries and our fishing fleet
American Samoa, the only U.S. Territory in the Southern Hemisphere, is economically dependent on the Canneries and related fisheries activities. Adjustments to this bill would allow the local canneries and fisheries to relocate and process canned fish in foreign nations. Thus, leaving the American Samoan residents as well as the already vulnerable economy in a critical state.
