Oppose ALL Michigan Medical Marijuana Act Amendments!
Brutal Attack on legimate (licensed) Patient & Caregiver protection rights.
We the people of Michigan, strongly oppose "all" proposed amendments to Michigan Medical Marijuana Act of 2008.
These proposed amendments, grossly violates the will and spirit of the people's "original" intent in it's 2008 Initiative.
Combined, all proposed amendments flagrantly violates our State Constitutional Civil Rights, targets legitimate (State-Licensed) Patients and Caregivers under unscrupulous conditions that deprive our current legal protections from criminal law including any recourse in a court of law.
These proposed amendments provide Patient and Caregivers with no control to abide by the law, as intended in being granted a license issued by the State of Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
Therefore, we the people of the State of Michigan strongly OPPOSE -"ALL" - proposed amendments to Michigan Medical Marijuana Act -AND- just as strongly insist that "Michigan Medical Marijuana Association" along with Patients and Caregivers are granted "sufficient" time to "testify" at Hearings scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 16, 2012
