Operation Lotus
Victims falling victim to the dcfs system it's been going on for years. Children falling through the cracks of our system. Mother's that do not deserve their children to be taken because of false accusations are being taken. Mother's that are abusing and letting their children be abused, are being reunited with their children and then seeing on the media how these children died at the hands of the person that was suppose to protect them from harm. Dcfs was started to protect children from harm because their parents failed to. To reunite familys, not tear them apart from their "gathered information" they put on some paper that is bond in court, why? Because they say so, because they have the power to do so because they ran around town for a couple of days asking questions to randoms and sometimes even people that never even had any verbal contact with the acccused. We need change to this system, because it is failing our children and our parents. Not in any way doing, what this system was set up to do. So I come before you today pleading with Congress...Dcfs needs to start getting FACTS on these mother's and father's that these children are being taken from. School records,doctor and dentist records, etc....and any other official records that are capable of legally obtaining. "Gathered information" also known as hear say, can come from a bitter ex husband/wife or a person with just bad intentions because of their opinion on the person that they may not even know on a personal level. This "gathered information" is ruining lives and causing more harm, then help. Let's see these precious lives exactly for what they are and not just profit. Our second president wrote; Government was instituted for the common good for the safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor or private interest of any one man,family, or class of men......These social workers are abusing their power and are failing our children by falsifying documents and not properly doing their jobs in which they signed up for. Facts is what we need. They are going into innocent mother's homes and taking their children because of gathered information, hear say. This is morally and ethically wrong. Facts, hard facts is what we need to make just a little change can be the beginning of something that can actually improve our system. Is that asking our dcfs workers for to much? If the parents are failing to protect them and dcfs is failing to protect them. Who will? Operation lotus, let's make something beautiful out of this muddy mess that has been going on for years. HARD FACTS BEFORE THE NEXT CHILD IS TAKEN OR PUT BACK INTO A HOME THEY WERE REMOVED FROM. Lets not hold one social worker accountable for all these mistakes, negligence and falsified documents that are used in court that hold absolutely no truth in some cases. Lets make our system do what it was put in place to do, protect our children. Operation Lotus will be a small step into improving our system that has failed so many children that have lost their lives due to some "gathered information" that in the end was just that, nothing more.
